Sonic Condos is a New Condo development by Lindvest located at Eglinton E and Don Mills , Toronto. Which will benefit from the upcoming Eglinton Crosstown line and future Don Mills Station. The location is perfect for commutes as well as it neighbours the 404/DVP.

Designed by Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects, Sonic's two towers will overlook a greenscaped park space lined by a townhouse-inspired row of residences. Located on Ferrand Drive, just southeast of the Don Mills and Eglinton intersection, the project will be situated away from the bustle and noise of the intersection while remaining in direct proximity to the neighbourhood's cultural amenities, as well as the upcoming LRT.

With suites ranging in size from 339 ft² to 993 ft², the project—which includes a number of family-friendly three-bedroom units—also features a relatively extensive range of amenities, including a children's play area, yoga room, gym (as well as outdoor exercise equipment), guest suite, and a roof deck (seen below). The extensive landscaping and greenery will be appointed by NAK Design Strategies, while the interiors are set to be designed by U31 (formerly known as Union 31).

The green space and low-rise townhomes negotiate the space between the high-rise towers—which will be situated close to the existing towers towards the west (below)—and the surrounding low-rise neighbourhood, adding density to the area without intruding upon the established streetscape. The relatively generous green space also provides a valuable outdoor play area for children, which has become something of a rarity for many Downtown residents.

Sonic's unit prices will range from approximately $200,000 to $600,000, with the project's public launch is expected to take place early next year. As details—and new renderings—of the project continue to become available, we will keep you updated with the latest developments.
